Some challenges are easier to face in a group of people working on the same thing. KunzOT runs short-format cohorts on Monday evenings — small, focused, practical.

How the cohorts work

Each cohort runs for four to six weeks on Monday evenings. Groups are kept small — usually four to eight people — and every cohort is built around a single focused topic.

Sessions work through practical material together, with structured exercises and time to apply what you learn between sessions. The goal is that by the end of a cohort, you've made real changes — not just learned information.

The group format works best when you want to hear from others at a similar stage, when shared experience makes the material more useful, and when knowing others are working on the same thing helps with accountability.
