What we offer
Services overview
Three ways to work together, depending on what fits your situation and goals.
Individual therapy
One-on-one sessions tailored entirely to your situation. Whether you're navigating ADHD, recovering from burnout, managing anxiety or depression, processing trauma, or dealing with sensory processing challenges — individual sessions are the most direct route to personalised support.
Sessions are typically 60 minutes, in-person at Lynnwood Ridge (Pretoria) or online for clients across South Africa. The pace and focus are set by what's most relevant to your life right now.
Also worked with: anxiety, depression, trauma, sensory processing difficulties, major life transitions.

Group cohorts
Short-format group programmes running on Monday evenings. Four to six weeks, small group (usually 4–8 people), focused topic. Past cohorts have covered burnout recovery, ADHD strategies for adults, and managing anxiety.
The group format works well when the challenge you're facing is one that benefits from community — hearing from others at a similar stage, normalising what you're experiencing, and doing the work alongside people who get it.
Each cohort has structured material and exercises to apply between sessions. Cohorts are kept small intentionally — this isn't a seminar, it's a working group.
Corporate workshops
In-person and virtual workshops for South African organisations. Two current programmes: burnout recognition and recovery, and ADHD in the workplace.
Workshops are clinically grounded and practically focused — built for teams who want substance over slides. Facilitated by Alet-Mari Kunz, HPCSA-registered occupational therapist.
Available as lunch-and-learn sessions, half-day or full-day workshops, or as part of a quarterly staff wellness programme.
A note on pricing
Individual sessions are R1 000 per session. Group cohort pricing is published when a cohort opens for registration. Corporate workshop pricing is provided on request — it depends on format, group size, and whether travel is involved.
Medical aid: occupational therapy is covered by most South African medical aid schemes under mental health benefits. Speak to your scheme about your specific benefits before starting.
