What we offer
Services overview
Individual therapy, group programmes, and corporate workshops. Three ways to work together depending on what fits your situation and goals.
Individual therapy
One-on-one sessions tailored entirely to your situation. I see adolescents and adults, with a special focus on mental health support for people experiencing depression, anxiety, ADHD, burnout, sensory processing disorder, internet gaming disorder, and schizophrenia. Sessions are 60 minutes and available in-person in Pretoria, online, or via home visit where appropriate.
Therapy is grounded in your unique real-life context, with attention to the meaningful roles you fulfil at work, at home, and in your relationships. The work is practical, not just conversational. We focus on building strong, sustainable routines and improving emotional resilience, with a holistic view of your physical health, emotional well-being, cognition, and sensory needs.
Through purposeful and engaging activities, occupational therapy gives you practical tools you can use immediately, including sensory strategies, executive function tools, and emotional regulation skills. It also creates an opportunity to develop meaningful self-awareness about how you function and what you need.
Group therapy sessions
Out-patient skills and support groups, run as short-format programmes on Monday evenings. Four to six weeks, small group (usually 4–8 people), focused topic. Past groups have covered burnout recovery, ADHD strategies for adults, and managing anxiety.
The group format works well when the challenge you're facing benefits from community: hearing from others at a similar stage, normalising what you're experiencing, and doing the work alongside people who get it.
Each group has structured material and exercises to apply between sessions. Groups are kept small intentionally. This is a working group, not a seminar.
Corporate workshops
In-person and virtual corporate wellness training for South African organisations. Current programmes cover burnout recognition and recovery, and ADHD in the workplace.
Workshops are clinically grounded and practically focused, built for teams who want substance over slides. Facilitated by Alet-Mari Kunz, HPCSA-registered occupational therapist.
Available as lunch-and-learn sessions, half-day or full-day workshops, or as part of a quarterly staff wellness programme.
